As Formnext 2022 approaches, the team at Alpha Powders is thrilled to share that we have been named one of the winners of the prestigious Formnext Start-Up Challenge 2022. Taking place in Frankfurt from November 15-18, Formnext is a key event in the additive manufacturing industry, and our recognition in this challenge underscores our commitment to innovation.
At Alpha Powders, we specialize in on-demand modification of polymer powders. Our patented SpheroNANO solution enhances the sphericity and roundness of various polymeric inputs, including post-industrial powders. This innovation is crucial for improving material flow properties, ultimately leading to higher quality in 3D printing.
Currently, we are focused on developing a compact device tailored for research and development labs specializing in new Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) powders. Our mission at Alpha Powders is clear – to introduce scalable technologies that reduce material costs and enable the rapid development of new functional and sustainable products.
